RYAN NUñEZ

Lead Pastor | Palm Valley Church

Ryan Nuñez earned a Ph.D. in materials science at Arizona State, but like his father and grandfather, always felt the call to full-time ministry. That call and passion for reaching people far from God led Ryan and his wife, Adrienne, to join three other couples in starting Palm Valley Church. Over the last twenty years, Palm Valley Church has grown to become one of the largest churches in the Phoenix metro area.

David Chrzan

Global Mission Pastor | Saddleback Church

David Chrzan serves on staff at Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, California as the Global Mission Pastor and is responsible for equipping Saddleback’s members to “fulfill their life mission in the world” and to steward Saddleback’s efforts to fulfill the Great Commandment and the Great Commission everywhere through The P.E.A.C.E. Plan.

Ryland Walter

Lead Pastor | Rock Brook Church

Ryland Walter is the Lead Pastor at Rock Brook Church in Belton, Missouri. Whether it’s been his time as a volunteer, worship pastor or senior pastor, Ryland’s passion in ministry is bringing people to Jesus Christ so they can find and fulfill God’s purpose for their life, the same passion on which Rock Brook was founded.

DAVE MINTON

Lead Pastor | Capital Christian Center

Dave Minton founded Capital Christian Center in Olympia, Washington in 1989. Capital Christian Center started from a small group and has now grown to have a large community impact. Pastor Dave’s relevant teaching style reflects passion for leadership, his heart for family, and his desire to equip people to fulfill their destiny. Dave speaks frequently at leadership events and conferences worldwide. He also has trained numerous pastors and leaders both locally and globally. He is known for his unique way of helping “real people solve real issues”.

Darius Sanders

Campus Pastor | Palm Valley Church

Darius Sanders has been serving as a Pastor at Palm Valley Church for over eighteen years. He’s held leadership positions in Student Ministries, Family Life, and currently serves as a Campus Pastor.

His desire is to joyfully live his life worthy of the calling he has received. He and his wife Nicole have four kids: Torianna, Tayshaun, Trustin Jaycee, and Tru Blessing.

BRIAN MOSS

Lead Pastor | Oak Ridge Church

Brian Moss is the Lead Pastor of Oak Ridge Church in Salisbury, MD, and host of the DREAM Church Conference. Brian and his family came to Oak Ridge in 1999 from Fort Worth, TX. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry from Dallas Baptist University in 1993, Masters of Divinity with Biblical Languages in 1999 from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, and Doctor of Ministry in Leadership from Liberty University in 2014.

Mark Grochocki

Campus Pastor | Palm Valley Church

Mark Grochocki stepped into full time ministry once he realized that his passion as a teacher and a counselor could be used by God for the local church. Since 2008, Mark has served as the Discipleship Pastor, and currently leads as a Campus Pastor at Palm Valley Church.

Amy St. Louis

Executive Pastor

Amy has had the privilege of serving in multiple roles over 13 years of ministry. God has used her diverse leadership experience and insight to support the health and growth of Palm Valley Church.

Fernando Orona

Creative Arts Pastor

Fernando’s career started in Human Resources, where he worked across industries helping recruit and build high performing teams. He volunteered for the worship team at their local church for over 15 years before he accepted his current pastoral position overseeing the Creative Teams at Palm Valley Church.

Beki Green

Family Life Pastor

Beki and her family moved to Arizona in 2005. Before long, Beki took a step into full-time ministry as a Volunteer Coordinator for Palm Valley Church’s Kids Ministry. One of her greatest joys is to build healthy volunteer teams and show love to people along the way.

Mike Vaughn

Connection Pastor

Mike has been in pastoral ministry over 30 years. He was a bi-vocational pastor for many years before joining the staff at Palm Valley Church in 2014. At Palm Valley, Mike has led the First Steps ministry & Administration. He is now the Connection Pastor on Palm Valley’s Goodyear Campus.

Kittie Anderson

Children’s Pastor

Kittie began her career in education, where she spent over 12 years teaching, mentoring, and coaching students and teachers. She always felt the call to full-time ministry and now she oversees and leads teams in developing curriculum and best practices at Palm Valley Church.

Zach Diaz

Student Ministries Pastor

Zach was invited to church in his late high school years and decided to give his life to Christ shortly after. Since then, Zach currently serves as the Pastor overseeing Student Ministries at Palm Valley Church.

Tere Tucker

Missions Director

Tere’s passion and influence to serve the local community grew into a full-time staff role as the Missions Director for Palm Valley Church, where she continues to oversee community outreach and local and global mission trips.
